Countdown to Christmas Activities Continued!

We planted magic seeds that grew....Candy Canes!!

We had great fun with our neighbors making gingerbread houses and yummy treats!

And ice cream shakes for dinner!

We also looked at Christmas lights and decorated Christmas cookies. Christmas time is so much fun!

Adventures of Rudolph the Christmas Elf...

Rudolph got into some mischief this year. I can't wait to see what he comes up with next year!

I think my favorite is his sleigh team of cats :)

Family Pictures

We have never had a professional picture taken of all 4 of us and it still hasn't happened but my mother-in-law really wanted a picture of all of us for Christmas so we did a little photo shoot in the living room!

Christmas activities

We have started our 12 day countdown to Christmas! So far we have done some pine cone painting (and toenail painting), read Christmas stories, had Christmas pancakes and started Elf-ing around!

Millie is definitely my girlie girl. She loves hair, makeup, nail polish...She did mine for me too!

This is Rudolph the Elf. He gets into mischief at night and the girls wake up to see what he's done. Then he has to go to Recovery Time :) Stay tuned for more...

Christmas Tree!

We were very spontaneous this year with decorating the tree. Usually I plan out the night for a few days. We decided that afternoon to get a tree. We bought it, had our special dinner and dessert, opened new ornaments and decorated it all within about 3 hours! It was a great night!

The girls also got to decorate their little bedroom trees with Grandma and Grandpa:

Avi got Rapunzel

Millie got Elmo

Daddy got a storm trooper

Apple Pie/Crisp for dessert :)

They both wanted to put the angel up so we did it twice!

Tree decorating night is one of my favorite parts of Christmas!
