BBQ with Friends

One of our summer fun activities was to have the neighbors over for a BBQ. We made it kind of luau themed with some fun posters, coconuts, flower leis, grass skirts and pina coladas!

We invited 3 other families over. While the adults talked, ate and laughed the kids played in the pool and sprayed each other with water. Ahhhh summer...

Try this for an amazing pina colada!

2 cups ice

2 oz. coconut creme

2 oz. pineapple rum

2 oz. pineapple juice

2 oz. limeade

Blend and top with whip cream, cherries, pineapple and of course, an umbrella :)
