I'm always excited about the start of any new season but this summer seems extra special. Avi just got out of her first year in school and we are looking forward to homeschooling for first grade so this summer feels like it is issuing in a new chapter of our lives. Avi's Frozen Birthday Party

A couple weekends ago we celebrated Avi's 6th birthday, Frozen style!

My awesome friend Christina was going to throw all her Frozen decorations away so she gave them to me! I love having friends who share :)

The bounce house/water slide was definitely the show stopper

The kids' first game was to break apart ice blocks and rescue the toys inside

They also made sugar cube "ice castles"

They love afternoons when Daddy gets home from work!

They had just watched the Tinkerbell Movie and decided they should dress up and of course work on their Scientific Fairy Journals!

They are both so fun!

Kidspace

I've been meaning to write about our trip to Kidspace for weeks now! We went over spring break and it was so much fun! There are so many learning games and activities, most of which are hands-on. I'll let the pictures do the talking. We can't wait to go back!
