Ariel Birthday Party!

The day before Avi's birthday, we had a little party for her at the park. Some of her friends came and we had so much fun together!

Ariel was her choice for a theme

We played a chasing game where I got to be Ursula. I gotta tell you, it felt good :)

The kids dug for sea shells in the sand,

then did a few crafts.

After lunch, we sang to the birthday girl. I was pretty proud of the cake. With guidance and encouragement from my sister and help from my mom, it turned out pretty good!

Every kid goes through an awkward smiling phase, right?

Then, gifts. I have never heard so much screaming in my whole life.
